Thymus Compact is a small perennial shrub with lots of branches and light purple to pink flowers. It is aromatic and has a pleasant, pungent flavor. There are over fifty varieties used in cooking and gardening. Its earthiness is welcome with pork, lamb, duck, or goose, and is much beloved in Cajun and Creole cooking. 3cm jumbo plug plants supplied.
