Trailing Begonias are a great sight in the garden when they burst into colour, producing an amazing cascading effect from baskets and window boxes. Supplied as giant 5/6cm tubers, these are the largest double flowers you can grow from any tuber. Flowering from June through to October, this collection will provide you with an impressive summer display. From this collection you will receive three each of Scarlet, White, Orange, Yellow and Pink. Supplied as 5/6cm tubers.

Plant tubers slightly below soil level

Begonia tubers can be planted from February onwards. Plant them into shallow boxes containing a mixture of loam, leaf mould and sand. Top with a good topsoil that's mixed with one-sixth of manure to form the basis. Also add leaf mould and bonemeal. A lso add leaf mould and bonemeal. As soon as shoots appear, you can pot them up in 15cm pots.
Begonias are particularly useful for bedding purposes. As soon as any danger of frost is passed, transfer to their final position in the garden, spaced around 30cm apart. Begonias are great lovers of moisture. Water regularly morning and evening through dry weather.
