| Climbing Campsis can be grown in fertile, well drained soil, preferably with plenty of access to the sun. They can be grown to climb against walls, trees, fences or pillars. |

| They are hardy plants but care should be taken to avoid exposure to extreme winds. They can grow quite tall but can be easily pruned back to a height you can control with little effort. Should be watered freely, but not excessively. |
