Helianthemum

A popular choice and a staple feature of our ground cover collections the Sun Rose, also known as Rock Rose is a hardy low-growing perennial with a shrub like habit, great for rockeries or filling the gaps at the front of the border. The brilliant red saucer-shaped flowers appear in May to June. UK-grown 5cm module plants supplied.

Soil Type

Moderately fertile, well drained soil.

Our 5cm modules have been grown until they produce foliage, allowing you to plant them directly outdoors on arrival. Their mature state means that they will flower faster than smaller plugs, leading you to garden success!
Water when their soil feels dry to touch, particularly in warm bouts of weather in the early morning or late evening once the sun has set.
